I have grave concern for a couple of reasons. One is, of course, I want folks in the United States to have access to the best devices possible to maintain their health and safety, number one, and secondly, the medical device industry is the great U.S. success story over time and it has tremendous presence throughout the country including in my home State of Utah, and I am worried about investment shifting offshore.

I just introduced with Mr. Bilbray this week our track and trace legislation, pedigree legislation for maintaining the integrity of the drug supply in this country.
I am supportive of this proposal, and I hope to see its inclusion in this year's user fee reauthorization.
I think the RxTEC proposal represents a consensus of a lot of the stakeholders. It does agree on a one-size-fits-all for the country and not 50 different State approaches.
I do think it is important, your statement that we should continue with fossil fuel research.
