The graduation rate in the D.C. public schools is 64 percent. The graduation rate at the OSP program is 90 percent. Those are results, and they are worth every penny. I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Walker), a member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
