Congress has a right to have this material it, and it is unbelievable to me that you think that we shouldn't have a copy of it.

As a former military officer, you simply cannot take money from Russia, Turkey, or anybody else. And it appears as if he did take that money. It was inappropriate and there are repercussions for the violation of law.

This legislation would require Federal law enforcement agencies to fully report to Congress on their payments to confidential informants as well as the amounts they have received through their work or cooperation with informants.
