Opening Statement

I actually sponsored a bill, H.R. 3012. It is Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act, which got rid of the per country cap limitations.

Somehow, some way, there has to be a better communication between the Department of Defense and veterans.

Our military, the American people, we are willing to do and can do anything if we have the political will to do it.
