“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 22, line 5, strike ``Public disclosure'' and insert ``Disclosure''. Page 22, after line 24, insert the following new subsection: ``(c) Recordkeeping.--The Administrator shall ensure any record associated with a significant regulatory action submitted to OIRA under section 3522 or 3523 is easily accessible for a period of time consistent with approved records disposition schedules for the agency, in a manner that all records associated with a significant regulatory action can be promptly submitted to Congress upon request.''. Page 23, after line 4, strike the item relating to section 3524 and insert the following new item: ``3524. Disclosure of regulatory review.''. The Acting CHAIR.
