I think there is a distinct difference between a rural post office, which could be the center of town, ... and maybe an urban center or down...

I hope this is something that we continue to explore, that we look at the differences between urban areas and rural areas.

I personally support H.R. 22, now that I have been able to dive in and look at it.

We need revenues to go up, we need expenses to go down to get to that magical point.
