Mr. Chairman, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Let me mention that the bill does not require any of these agencies to provide new analysis. And I haven't really heard an example or a reason why something would be prohibited in an agency from sharing existing cost-benefit analysis. What could the agencies have that they should not share with OIRA? It just seems reasonable that if they have this information, they should share it. Ultimately, we do work for the American people, and the American people should be able to see this information as it goes to OIRA. Mr. Chairman, I reserve the balance of my time.
