I would disagree with that assessment. This is a new regulation, and it has led to lawsuits that have already started to happen. One news report is of a lawsuit in California.

But if a guy has been arrested in 43 States, he should not be eligible as a confidential informant, especially one highly paid. Zero credibility. That's disgraceful.

I think the Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has made it pretty clear, they're not going to vote on this until after the election.

I think what the President's budget proposal was is an embarrassment, and it's not something I could support.
