Finally implementing H.R. 2142 could lead to more effective management of government agencies at a lower cost. Any such savings would depend on amounts provided in future appropriations acts. The intention of this is good. I think in a bipartisan way, we want the government to become more efficient. How we do that--well, there are some disagreements, but the intention of this bill I think is a positive one.
