This was widely regarded as one of the worst governance systems in the world.

But if a guy has been arrested in 43 States, he should not be eligible as a confidential informant, especially one highly paid. Zero credibility. That's disgraceful.

I write today to ask you to seriously reconsider the use of such deceptive and misleading tactics.

I think this is far worse than Watergate, quite frankly.
