We are on a warming planet, the climate is destabilizing, we are getting in trouble and people are dying.

By failing to place limitations on crop insurance subsidies and to re-attach soil erosion and wetland conservation requirements to crop insurance programs, the Committee has failed to do the full reform that is needed.

We have a global emergency.

There is a real danger that we will hand young people a climate system that is out of control.
