This is truly bizarre behavior by the federal agency that is supposed to be protecting civil rights.
It keeps me up at night. Honestly, I’ve had a lot of angst about this.
I think it’s good to have a place to kind of sequester folks who don’t have that documentation in a way that doesn’t completely disenfranchise them.
