It will lead to better advice and counsel given to the EPA through these reforms of the Science Advisory Board. I urge all Members to support it. I look forward to the vote. With that, Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the rule, the previous question is ordered on the bill, as amended, and on the amendment by the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Stewart). The question is on the amendment by the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Stewart). The question was taken; and the Speaker pro tempore announced that the ayes appeared to have it.
