Last Congress, Congressman Chris Stewart (R-UT) drafted legislation to help address the declining hydropower production.

The only person that hasn't taken responsibility is the man that is sitting there taking notes the entire time paying more attention, in this case they did to taking a pulse.

I'm shocked that they don't want to condemn it.
