I rise to introduce legislation to clean up a 10.5-million ton pile of low-level radioactive waste from uranium mill operations just outside Moab, Utah.

The evidence shows that the President endeavored to cause both of these results on several occasions.

The President corruptly endeavored to persuade witnesses to lie. In some cases, he succeeded.

Col. Halvorsen's contribution, however, did more than feed empty stomachs. It fed empty souls as well.
