I would like to begin by bringing America's attention to the name of a young lady. No, it is not a young lady who was an intern in the White House. It is a young lady who is now dead as a result of negligence on the part of our system. Her name is Yanahan Zhao. She is a 16-year-old girl who was killed after bricks fell from a scaffolding at PS-131 in Brooklyn. I think it is very important that we note that Yanahan Zhao may not be the only student that has been killed in this kind of accident, but certainly this one we know about, it was reported. It has high visibility. Any time a child is killed in New York City, it gets high visibility. A city that often ignores the conditions under which students and children are laboring from day to day will focus a lot of attention on a child that is killed. So death was cruel, and our concerns and prayers we offer to the family of Yanahan Zhao. But I think we ought to understand that we should use her as an example of what we do not want to happen again.
