I am going to talk about common-sense legislative priorities, and practically every priority I discuss will be related to budget and appropriations matters. And I want to thank those the three Members. I watched the presentations. And starting with the Technicolor presentation of the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Scott), I learned a great deal in terms of how you can graphically discuss what is happening in America. The chart with the Social Security was astounding. I have a good friend, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Nadler), who would like to make a speech that Social Security is not in jeopardy. It will go on for a long, long time, and in the foreseeable future it will almost never reach a point where it would be out of money. But the gentleman from New York (Mr. Nadler) made those calculations a couple of years ago and he is still making them. He never anticipated the tax cut.
