My concern has absolutely nothing to do with that. It has to do with FDA as the suitable agency, but it looks like I'm going to be overruled and I probably will end up voting for the bill anyway because I don't want to be accused of being in favor of big tobacco simply because no other agency presents itself as the one to deal with it.
Bennett indicates he may support FDA tobacco regulation despite reservations.
