I am so happy to yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Kildee), who came here in his running shoes and really came here because of his relationship to his uncle who is one of our former retired colleagues, Mr. Kildee of Michigan, and the younger Mr. Kildee has been a tremendous asset in terms of putting this bill together.
