Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. There is appropriated for grants for lead reduction projects under section 1459B of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j-19b) $10,000,000, to be derived from a reduction of $10,000,000 in the amount provided in this Act under the heading ``Environmental Protection Agency--Environmental Programs and Management''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 996, the gentlewoman from Wisconsin (Ms. Moore) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Wisconsin.
