And how does that differ from possibilities that are available under the Affordable Care Act? Under the Affordable Care Act, which it's really ironic, because if you want to derive some savings under Medicare, and I have no reason to believe that Republicans don't want to do that, why would they continue to be talking about, Governors all over the country talking about, not putting the exchanges together in their States, still some sort of agenda to repeal Medicare? What savings can be derived out of Medicare from full implementation of the Affordable Care Act, so-called ObamaCare?
