The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to implement, or to require the State of Washington to implement, the final rule entitled ``Revision of Certain Federal Water Quality Criteria Applicable to Washington'' published on November 28, 2016 (81 Fed.
