Let me ask you something about preserving the tax cuts. The President campaigned for a couple of years, but particularly in the last year, on cutting tax cuts for income over $250,000. So am I to understand, Mr. Scott, that that means that millionaires and billionaires will still be getting a tax cut were they to agree to this framework?
