It is simple. This is not a partisan issue. There are many partisan issues here, and we know they are going to be partisan, and this is not meant to be. I will share more on that in a minute. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Arrington), one of my closest colleagues and de facto mentors, someone I shared a significant passion with on getting our debt and deficit under control.
