Any amount of crime is too much. But we have a history to deal with and we need to make sure that people know that we're doing whatever it takes to make the city safe for them to come back.

At least the money that has been allocated for DNA testing could identify our loved ones and our families.

If we can't be safe, we can't be anything.

We are not helping to rebuild this community if its base are not the people.
