The work you do on this committee is incredibly important, especially now.

For better or worse, there are billions of taxpayer dollars appropriated towards improving our infrastructure, and we must seize the opportunity to spend it wisely in a way that serves our country the best.

I applaud the President for signing the VA MISSION Act into law.

As we continue to look towards the Nation's infrastructure needs, I believe it is pertinent to look at these projects delivering a high benefit-to-cost ratio.
