William M. ``Mac'' Thornberry: “I am pleased to yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Lance).”

I have no further speakers at this time, and I reserve the balance of my time.

I am pleased to yield 2 minutes to the distinguished gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Hartzler).

I think that ought to alarm all of us who care about this institution and care about our ability to work together on behalf of the country's national security.

I have no further requests for this en bloc package. I urge its support, and I yield back the balance of my time.
