I would just say that there are provisions in this bill related to cybersecurity. It is not as if we are doing nothing. Yet, as I noted in the comments I made in the general debate portion of this bill, there is much work ahead. I have no doubt the gentleman from Rhode Island, as well as the other Members interested in cyber, will be participating in that. As I mentioned at the beginning, however, I believe this is not the proper bill nor the proper time to take up this very comprehensive, 55- page thoughtful amendment that the gentleman has offered. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Rhode Island (Mr. Langevin).
