I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, add the following: SEC. 1__. LAKE KEMP, TEXAS. Section 3149(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 is amended-- (1) by striking ``2020'' and inserting ``2025''; and (2) by striking ``this Act'' and inserting ``the Water Resources Development Act of 2016''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 892, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Thornberry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
