William M. ``Mac'' Thornberry: “I am pleased to yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Bergman), a general new to the committee, but not new…”

I support en bloc package No. 2, and I yield back the balance of my time.

I am pleased to yield 2 minutes to the distinguished gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Hartzler).

I have no further speakers at this time, and I reserve the balance of my time.
