The bottom line is if there is a terrorism connection to this illegal poaching, the military has full authority to go after it and try to stop it, just like other forms of terrorist financing. But as an independent objective for the military, we are stretched too thin already, and for that reason I recommend that the Members reject this amendment. I yield back the balance of my time.
