I yield myself 20 seconds. Mr. Speaker, regarding Vioxx, some have alleged the company knowingly misrepresented or withheld information from the FDA. If so, they would be denied the protections in the bill because the bill specifically in section 7 says and excludes any instances in which a person, before or after premarket approval, clearance, or licensure of such medical product, knowingly misrepresented to or withheld from the FDA information that is required to be submitted. If we look at the language of the bill, we can see that what the gentleman said is not relevant. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Dent).
