Policies that divert limited resources away from lawful recipients not only violate federal standards—they destroy public trust and threaten the sustainability of programs designed to serve our most vulnerable citizens.

Minnesota’s use of the 1115 waiver to allow illegal immigrants to receive Medicaid is not only illegal but is also fiscally irresponsible and unjust.

Prices are still high, and communities are still paying the costs of increased pollution and an increasingly unlivable climate.
