Every minute that we spend pursuing an individual with a clean record is a minute less that we dedicate to apprehending terrorists or cartel operatives.

I wouldn’t tell any member of Congress anything classified if you didn’t want people to know.

This cannot be the norm. We have to get back to regular order and pass our appropriations bills.
