just in summary, we are requiring people who fly into the United States to have passports. Even people from Mexico who fly into the United States will have to have passports. And when we fly to Mexico or Canada, we have to have passports. The same is true of people coming in by sea. And now it is appropriate that we have that same recommendation for those people who travel into the United States by land. That is why I recommend and ask for the adoption of this amendment, that the universal document for entry into another nation be adopted.
