This resolution expedites the policy of the United States to be--to supply the Russians with--or supply the Ukrainians with natural gas.

I think that should be our policy with natural gas--we use all we can and we sell the rest.

This is not the first time the Russians have used the economic and political weapon of natural gas against the Ukrainians.
