I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 541. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to enforce section 221 of title 13, United States Code, with respect to the American Community Survey. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Poe) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
