China cheats. They cheat a lot and it works. They steal everything they can from us.

I see, as many Members of Congress have pointed out, that things are not good in the hemisphere from Mexico south.

I think that the United States, as a Nation, needs to refocus our attention to our next-door neighbors.

We need to be seen as the defenders of global free trade and we can't let China have the high ground.
