I am pleased to be an original cosponsor of Mr. Yoho's bill, the BUILD Act and commend him for his lead in it.

They want to tie together 65 percent of the world's population in their Belt-Road Initiative.

I think it is nonsense that we continue to send money to Pakistan with the promise they will do better.

I support all of these pieces of legislation before us, except the last one from Mr. Zeldin, and I have some questions.
