On their backs they have backpacks which were later determined to be cocaine, bringing it to the United States. And who are these people? It turns out that probably these individuals are Guatemalan mercenaries hired by the drug cartels to bring drugs into the United States. It is an epidemic, it is a border war, and it is a violent war.
