I see, as many Members of Congress have pointed out, that things are not good in the hemisphere from Mexico south.

I commend the administration for its bold decision. It was a bad deal. It's a worse deal now.

I think that the United States, as a Nation, needs to refocus our attention to our next-door neighbors.
