I support all of these pieces of legislation before us, except the last one from Mr. Zeldin, and I have some questions.

I think we can only solve these problems if we have a relationship with countries, not if we break off relationships with these countries.

For that, I think it is quite understandable and quite proper that we move forward and speak on behalf of those Americans.

Wherever crimes are committed, wherever they happen in the world, especially against Americans, we ought to go get the outlaws.
