The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 122, line 12, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $200,000,000)''. Page 154, line 21, after the dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $200,000,000)''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 961, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Poe) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
