The Castro regime has proven time and time again that it will not pay its bills.

It is just horrific to think of rewarding people who have stolen property.

That is like putting 12 burglars on a jury for trying a burglar.

I think it is foolhardy that we would make a vote on such an important national security issue if we don't see the side deals.
