(a) Point of Order.--It shall not be in order in the Senate to consider any bill, joint resolution, motion, amendment, amendment between the Houses, or conference report that would provide funding to or subsidize the import of-- (1) significant goods, wares, articles, or merchandise mined, produced, or manufactured wholly, or in part, in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China to be used for the production of electric vehicles; and (2) electric vehicles that incorporate or are otherwise produced using goods, wares, articles, or merchandise described in paragraph (1).…
