the U.S. Attorney's Office just announced this week that on February 8, 2017, a Federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment against 12 current and former airport and TSA employees for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in Puerto Rico.
Cruz references a recent indictment involving TSA employees for drug-related charges.
