At the time my colleague, the junior the Senator from California, objected on the grounds that the administration was trying ``to address Benghazi,'' and that President Obama would ``not rest until the perpetrators were caught.'' Here we are, 8 months later, and the perpetrators still have not been caught, and the confusion about what occurred on September 11, 2012, in Benghazi has only gotten worse. In recent weeks, what happened on that terrible night has gotten more and more obscure.…
