The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following: Sec. _. None of the funds appropriated or made available in this Act may be used for United States military exercises which include any participation by the People's Republic of China. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 312, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Stockman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
