Just out of curiosity, why can't your outreach programs be part of every VA director's duties?

Most of the problems that have been encountered during the construction of the facilities we are looking at today could have been avoided with proper management and vigilant project oversight.

That is what makes it so frustrating for those of us who have had those experiences, to try to get legislation through and not be taken seriously by the way definitions are made, by the way people implement the law.
