It's time to cut spending, balance the budget, and pay down the debt for our children and our grandchildren without raising taxes.

With hard work and diligence, and at their own expense, these men selflessly served homeowners in clearing debris, removing uprooted trees, and repairing roofs from April 16-30, 1999.

Now is the time for us to restore freedom to the American taxpayer.
