I urge my colleagues on the other side of the aisle to listen closely to Alan Aleman's testimony, to open up their hearts and minds, and to demonstrate compassion for the thousands of hardworking DREAMers.

This H.R. 692 is nothing but default by another name. Moreover, adding insult to injury, H.R. 692 mandates that we pay foreigners instead of American servicemembers and veterans.
